Vivo probe: Lava International MD, Chinese national among 4 arrested by ED

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested four individuals, including the managing director of Lava International and a Chinese national, in connection with an investigation into the illegal repatriation of profits by Chinese cellphone manufacturer Vivo. The arrests are part of an investigation into the transfer of half of Vivo’s receipts from its Indian operations, which totalled Rs 1.2 lakh crore.
