MP court junks petition challenging NSA against accused in urination case

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has rejected a petition challenging the imposition of the National Security Act (NSA) on a man accused of urinating on a tribal man. The petitioner argued that the decision to invoke the NSA was politically motivated and that there was no threat to law and order. However, the court dismissed the petition, stating that the video of the incident had angered people and threatened peace and tranquillity.
