13-yr-old gang-raped, accused make video viral after FIR lodged

A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped in West Champaran district, Bihar. The accused recorded the incident and threatened to make the video viral if the family revealed the matter. In a shocking turn of events, a village panchayat offered the family Rs 50,000 to settle the issue. The accused are still at large even after the family lodged a police complaint. The girl’s medical test has been conducted and the accused are currently absconding.
