Divi’s Labs promoters continue to rule rich list in T & AP; 33 barons join party

The 2023 edition of the Hurun Rich List includes 105 individuals and families from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with a cumulative wealth of Rs 5,25,700 crore. This represents an increase from the previous year’s list, which had 78 individuals with a total wealth of Rs 3,90,500 crore. Divi’s Laboratories promoter Murali Divi and family remain the richest in the two states, followed by P Pitchi Reddy and PV Krishna Reddy of Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. The list highlights Hyderabad’s growing economic prominence and its emergence as a major wealth center.
