US navy aircraft carrier USS Gerald Ford in Eastern Mediterranean sea amid Israel-Hamas conflict

The US navy aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier strike group has arrived in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea amid the Israel conflict with Hamas. The group includes the USS Gerald R. Ford, the USS Normandy, and several guided missile destroyers. In addition, the US has moved F-15s, F-16s, and A-10s to augment existing fighter squadrons in the region. The US has expressed its full support for Israel and condemned the Hamas terror attacks.
