Chicago woman who broke world’s oldest skydiver record dies

Dorothy Hoffner, the oldest person to do skydiving, has passed away at the age of 104. The cause of her death is yet to be determined. Hoffner recently broke the Guinness World Record for the oldest person to skydive. She was initially not excited about the attention she received but later saw it as an opportunity to meet new people. Hoffner grew up poor and worked at a telephone company.
