Income Tax searches at premises linked to RJD’s Rajya Sabha member Ahmad Ashfaque Karim

“The search operation started in the morning at Al Karim Educational Trust, which runs and manages the Al Karim University and the Katihar Medical College. Karim is the main trustee and founder chancellor of the Katihar-based Al Karim University. The medical college is also located in Katihar,” an income tax official associated with the searches told TOI.
