Over 3.2 lakh pleas pending before 27 info commissions: NGO

A report card on the performance of information commissions in India reveals that there is a significant backlog of appeals and complaints under the Right to Information Act. As of June 30, there were over 3.2 lakh pending appeals and complaints in 27 information commissions.
