Supreme Court refuses interim relief to Azam Khan’s son in forgery case

The Supreme Court has rejected Samajwadi Party leader Abdullah Azam Khan’s plea to stay trial proceedings in a forgery case until his date of birth controversy is resolved. The court had previously directed the Moradabad district judge to determine his date of birth under the Juvenile Justice Act.
