Income tax department searches on 40 premises of major Kashmir business group

The income tax department conducted a search and seizure operation on a prominent business group in the Kashmir Valley. The group, involved in multiple sectors, was found to be suppressing taxable income. During the operation, incriminating documents, digital devices, and handwritten diaries were seized.
