AFT can entertain plea even in case of minor punishment: HC

The Punjab and Haryana high court has ruled that all orders of a summary court martial in the armed forces, where the punishment is not dismissal or less than three months’ imprisonment, will now be challenged before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) instead of the high court.
