Interstate narcotics network busted in Punjab, smuggler arrested

A joint team of cops from Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab has busted an interstate narcotics network and arrested one smuggler from Ludhiana district besides seizing Rs 4.94 crore and 38 fake number plates of vehicles used to dodge police.
