By on October 12, 2023 0 8 Views

Akasa Air has launched braille menu cards for inflight dining to provide a seamless experience for visually impaired passengers. Developed in partnership with The Xavier’s Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged, the menu allows passengers to independently select their meal preferences. The airline aims to be socially responsible and inclusive in its services, and hopes other service providers will follow suit in creating accessible solutions for customers with diverse needs.
