Anirudh Agro of Hyderabad acquires Viceroy Hotels for Rs 150 crore after NCLAT nod

Hyderabad-based Anirudh Agro Farms Ltd has acquired Viceroy Hotels for Rs 150 crore through its special purpose vehicle, Loko Hospitality Private Ltd. Viceroy Hotels currently operates two hotels in Hyderabad and Anirudh Agro plans to infuse the remaining Rs 90 crore over the next six months. This acquisition marks Anirudh Agro’s entry into the hospitality sector, and the company plans to acquire more hotels in the future.
