flydubai becomes first international carrier to resume Kabul flights

By on October 12, 2023 0 5 Views

Low-cost carrier flydubai has announced that it will be the first international airline to resume flights to Kabul since the chaotic US withdrawal in 2021. The Dubai-based airline will begin twice-daily flights to Kabul on November 15. The full operation of Kabul’s airport is seen as crucial for Afghanistan’s economy, and the return of flydubai is expected to pave the way for other international airlines to resume services. Currently, Afghanistan’s Kam Air and Ariana Afghan Airlines operate limited flights from Kabul.
