Why NASA’s ‘biggest asteroid sample’ asteroid sample reveal is ‘historic’

NASA has revealed that the samples collected from asteroid Bennu by the OSIRIS-REx spacecraft show evidence of high-carbon content and water, which are important building blocks of life on Earth. The samples will be further studied to understand the nature of the carbon compounds and provide insights into the formation of our solar system.
