Put up CCTV cameras, Waqf board tells madrassas

The Uttarakhand Waqf Board has issued notices to all madrassas in the state, following the closure of an illegally operating one in Nainital. The board has instructed madrassas to install CCTV cameras and ensure the health and safety of their students. They are required to submit a report on these measures within 15 days. The board will also provide financial assistance to those madrassas in need of CCTV cameras.
