Ram Temple consecration likely on January 22

The consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is set to take place on January 22, with the rituals beginning on January 17. The chosen date aligns with the auspicious ‘Mrigashira Nakshatra’ and ‘Amrit Siddhi Yoga’ and ‘Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga’ timings. Before the ceremony, Ram Lalla will be taken on a procession around Ayodhya, and the families of karsevaks who lost their lives during the temple movement will be invited. Representatives from various temples and monasteries, as well as individuals from different fields, will also be invited. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad will oversee the event.
