Irked by delays, high court asks bail seekers to state crime record

Chhattisgarh high court Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha has ordered that those seeking bail must clearly disclose their criminal antecedents, or lack of it, in their petition, pointing out that its absence is causing unnecessary delays in the disposal of bail pleas.
