Cognizant CEO inducts 26 senior leaders

From the great resignation to the great reset, Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar is rewiring its leadership bench to regain some of its lost ground after a spate of top-level exits. Within ten months of assuming office, Kumar has added executive firepower naming 26 senior executives – 4 executive vice-presidents (EVPs) and 22 senior vice-presidents (SVPs), a combination of internal elevations and external hires, to reframe strategy and approach to future-proof its business especially when competitors use crisis to their advantage.
