Brij Bhushan: Checking pulse without sexual intent not an offence

His lawyer claimed that there were no complaints before April 21 and that the oversight committee was formed based on tweets, not formal complaints. The lawyer also stated that Singh was not implicated in the committee’s report. Singh denied the allegations and questioned why he would check breathing patterns without reason. He called the accusations false and motivated.
