‘Hundreds killed’ in Israeli hit on Gaza hospital

Palestinian authorities reported that an Israeli air strike targeted a hospital in Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of people seeking shelter. The strike occurred as conditions in Gaza became increasingly dire, with hospitals serving as refuges for many residents. Hamas condemned the attack, stating that the majority of casualties were displaced families, patients, children, and women. Israel stated that it was investigating the incident.
