Bad air: Delhi environment minister Gopal Rai seeks meeting of NCR states

The Environment Minister of Delhi, Gopal Rai, has written a letter to the Union Environment Minister, Bhupendra Yadav, requesting a meeting with the environment ministers of neighboring states in order to address pollution in the national capital. Rai highlighted several points, including the need to allow vehicles running on cleaner fuel in Delhi and to stop stubble burning. The Delhi BJP criticized the letter, calling it a political gimmick and accusing the AAP government of failing to control pollution.
