Ukraine uses US-provided long-range ATACMS missiles against Russian forces for the first time

The United States has secretly delivered a small number of long-range ballistic missiles to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the delivery, stating that the missiles were used against Russia and were effective. The US has not publicly discussed the delivery but officials familiar with the matter have confirmed it. The missiles give Ukraine the ability to strike Russian targets from a safe distance.
