‘Can’t justify terror’: NSA Doval takes on Pak, China

NSA Ajit Doval criticized Pakistan for blocking direct land access between India and Central Asia, stating it was self-defeating for Islamabad and hindered regional well-being. Without naming China or Pakistan, Doval emphasized that connectivity initiatives must be transparent, respect sovereignty, and avoid debt burdens. He also offered fully funded capacity building programs to combat terrorism and invited Central Asian countries to utilize India’s Chabahar port for maritime trade.
