United Airlines is implementing a new boarding process called WILMA, which will prioritize the boarding of passengers in economy class. Window seat passengers will board first, followed by those in middle seats, and then passengers in aisle seats. Families traveling together will board as a group. The change is expected to save about two minutes during each boarding process. The new process will not affect passengers in first class or business class.
