Shiv Sena (UBT) Kalyan Lok Sabha district president resigns from post

In a move aimed at bolstering the Shiv Sena’s (UBT) presence across Maharashtra, party chief Uddhav Thackeray recently appointed several individuals to key leadership roles. Notably, Vijay Salvi from Kalyan was designated as the deputy leader in the party. However, amidst these changes, Sadanand Tharwal, the Kalyan Lok Sabha district president, tendered his resignation from the party post, which is seen as a setback for Uddhav.
