90 IAS run country but only 3 are OBCs: Rahul

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, speaking at a public meeting in Telangana, pledged that the Congress party would conduct a caste census if elected to power. He questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the low representation of OBC officers among the top bureaucrats in the central government. Rahul Gandhi also accused the BJP, AIMIM, and BRS of colluding against the Congress party. He claimed that the BRS government in Telangana was corrupt and promised to recover ill-gotten money and implement the party’s guarantees once in power.
