Abduction with intent to kill slapped against ‘killer’ RPF cop

Dismissed RPF constable Chetan Singh, who was arrested for killing his senior and three passengers on a train, is now facing additional charges of abduction with the intention of murder, intimidation, and mischief. The chargesheet submitted to the court also invokes the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act. The chargesheet includes evidence such as videos shot by passengers and CCTV footage.
