Biden speaks to freed American-Israeli hostages

The mother and daughter were kidnapped during Hamas’s invasion of southern Israel. Biden credited the governments of Qatar and Israel for their partnership in securing their release. The Israel Defense Forces have notified 210 families that their loved ones have been kidnapped, including children and elderly individuals, from various countries.
