Transport utility to rope in counsellors to deal with stress

Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd. (PMPML) is considering hiring independent psychologists and counsellors for bus drivers to help them deal with stress and anxiety. The decision comes after a recent incident where a driver got into an argument with a car driver and broke traffic rules. Drivers claim that their long duty hours, traffic congestion, and abuse from commuters contribute to their stress. However, commuters argue that drivers should find another job if they cannot handle the pressure. PMPML is urged to take a more serious approach to address the issue.
