Drugs worth ₹250 crore seized by DRI in Sambhajinagar, 1 accused attempts suicide

Multiple raids conducted by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) teams in Chattrapati Sambhajinagar resulted in the seizure of narcotics worth Rs 250 crore. Two men were arrested, and one of them attempted suicide while in custody. The raids led to the recovery of cocaine, mephedrone, and ketamine. The arrested individuals were taken to the directorate general of GST intelligence office, where one of them attempted suicide but is now in stable condition. The DRI is in the process of lodging a complaint against the individual for attempting suicide.
