Harvard criticized by alumni over ‘antisemitism’
Five Harvard Business School alumni, including US Senator Mitt Romney and hedge fund manager Seth Klarman, have accused Harvard University of neglecting the safety of Jewish students during pro-Palestinian protests on campus. In an open letter, they cited “threatening” demonstrations and called on Harvard to enforce its moral code of conduct. The alumni criticized Harvard for its silence on the rise of antisemitism amid escalating violence in the Middle East. The letter also addressed an assault on an Israeli student and called for stricter measures against protesters.
