FIR against co-founders of car service firm

The Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has filed a case against the co-founders and senior officials of a car service company based in Gurgaon. The allegations include criminal conspiracy, forgery, and cheating. Three venture capitalists filed a complaint stating that the accused manipulated account details and provided false financial records to induce investments. The complainants also accused the directors of forging bank records and misusing funds for personal purposes. The police are currently investigating the claims and have been provided with an email trail as evidence.
