Police in Vizag intercept van, find Rs 1.3 crore inside washing machines

Police in Visakhapatnam seized 1.3 crore in cash from a vehicle transporting washing machines from the city to Vijayawada. The cash was hidden inside the sealed washing machines. Three individuals were taken into custody, including the van driver, assistant driver, and supervisor. The driver claimed to have no knowledge of the cash. Additionally, 30 new mobile phones were found in the vehicle. The police seized the cash and goods and informed higher officials for further investigation.
