BRS chief plans ‘ghar wapsi’ for prodigals ahead of elections

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Telangana is adopting a two-pronged strategy ahead of the assembly elections. They are bringing back leaders who were previously associated with the party and also trying to woo important leaders from other parties. The party’s leadership, including K Chandrasekhar Rao and KTR, are keen on a ‘ghar wapsi’ programme. Many leaders who left the party due to various reasons are now being approached to return. The party is also working on attracting senior leaders from other parties.
