Con who cops knew as ‘VIP’ given security 19 times

A man named Anoop Chaudhary has been arrested for posing as a Railway Board member to cheat people. However, it was discovered that Chaudhary had also pretended to be a politician, bureaucrat, and power broker to obtain VIP treatment and police security 19 times in three years. He used fake letterheads and an officer on special duty to liaise with the police and administration. Chaudhary has been involved in multiple cheating cases in different cities. The police are investigating the role of VIP cell officials in the matter.
