Singh’s custody extended till November 10
A court in Delhi has extended the judicial custody of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh until November 10 in a money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi excise scam. The court allowed Singh to sign cheques for family expenses and his work as a member of Parliament. The court also directed the jail authorities to ensure proper treatment for Singh, including by his private doctor. Singh had previously complained that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) did not act on his complaint against Gautam Adani.
