Guj bizwoman forces sacked manager to lick her boots

A businesswoman, Vibhuti alias Raniba Patel, promoter of a ceramic company in Morbi, allegedly forced a sacked sales manager to lick her boots while five others lashed him with a belt. The victim, Nilesh Dalsaniya, a Dalit, called and messaged Patel to ask for his 18 days of salary. Besides the IPC, Patel and others were booked under the Prevention of Atrocities Act. The incident took place in Morbi and the complaint was lodged at the A-division police station. Patel is the founder and chairman of Raniba Industries, a tile manufacturing company.
