US national jailed for illegally entering India via Nepal border

Government counsel Ramesh Chandra stated that Beckwith was found guilty under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections of 419 (cheating by impersonation), 420 (cheating and dishonesty), and the Foreigners’ Act.
