Article 370 abrogation rectified blunder of past: Solicitor General

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, the only person involved in the process of abrogation of Article 370, expressed deep satisfaction at the landmark verdict by the Supreme Court. Today marks a historical day for India, correcting a constitutional blunder of gigantic proportions. Mehta commended the five senior judges for their astoundinig scholarship and concern for rule of law, ensuring the fundamental rights of every resident of J&K. The removal of Article 370 fulfills the vision of Sardar Patel, who must be blessing PM Modi and Amit Shah.
