Why SC said Article 370 was a temporary provision

Supreme Court delivers historic verdict, declares Article 370 as temporary provision granting special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Verdicts from CJI and other justices concur. Article 370 was introduced for transitional purposes due to war conditions. J&K Constituent Assembly’s recommendation not binding on the President.
