Madhya Pradesh CM Yadav opens innings on front foot

CM Mohan Yadav’s first decisions include a ban on loudspeakers violating decibel norms, banning unlicensed buying and selling of meat, establishing a ‘PM Excellence College’ in each district, uploading certificates on DigiLocker, and increasing tendu patta payout. The noise-cancellation order enforces prescribed limits for sound amplifiers at religious institutions and public venues. Flying squads will inspect for violations, with action taken within three days. PM Excellence Colleges will have modern facilities and follow the New Education Policy. Government colleges will be upgraded and degrees/marksheets will be uploaded on DigiLocker. The cyber tehsil system will be implemented in all districts, and action will be taken to cancel bail for habitual criminals. The tendu leaf collection payment will be increased. The continuation of the Ladli Behna Scheme was not addressed.
