As Ayodhya shines again, property prices are on fire

The upcoming ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram temple has triggered a real estate boom in Ayodhya. Property prices have surged by 25-30% since the 2019 Supreme Court verdict. Land rates have dramatically risen, reaching as high as Rs 6,000-Rs 7,000 per sq ft. The Ayodhya Development Authority plans to develop a new housing scheme to meet the demand.
