‘Boycott company’: US online retailer sent memo, but what?

US online retailer Wayfair, based in Boston, is cutting 1,650 jobs, around 13% of its employees. CEO Niraj Shah sent a memo urging employees to work harder, stating that the company had gone overboard in hiring during a strong economic period.
