Supreme Court cancels bail granted to ex-DHFL promoters

Supreme Court quashes Delhi high court order granting default bail to former DHFL promoters Kapil Wadhawan and his brother Dheeraj Wadhawan in a multi-crore bank fraud case. Trial court and high court erred in granting default bail due to an incomplete chargesheet filed by CBI.
