Sandeshkhali: HC orders handover of Shahjahan to CBI

Calcutta high court orders West Bengal government to hand over TMC leader Shajahan Sheikh to CBI by 4.15 pm today, while Trinamool government approaches Supreme Court for an urgent hearing before Kolkata high court’s Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta regarding the ED’s appeal on the SIT investigation of the mob attack on the ED officials.
