It is tough to break an image of a popular character: Meera Deosthale

Meera Deosthale who, hails from Vadodara and has a lot of fond memories growing up there. “I have some beautiful memories in Vadodara. I used drive on the then newly built Akota Bridge, go shopping with my mom to Khanderao market, and roam around the Chakli circle,” Meera says. She adds, “I miss having Manmohan ke samosa, and desi burger and pani puri near Sursagar lake., I remember whenever my friends and I used to pass the Laxmi Vilas Palace, we always told each other, shaadi karenege to yahi karenge’ (laughs). We caught up with Meera during her recent visit to Ahmedabad. Excerpts from a chat:
