14-year-old kills girl, mutilates body after constant teasing

In Chhattisgarh’s Kabirdham district, a 14-year-old boy strangled and mutilated a seven-year-old girl. The boy was angered by the girl’s teasing and her gesture, which made him lose control. He was sent to a rehab home.
