Merger with Reliance would boost company’s profits: Disney CEO

Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger has stated that the joint venture with Reliance Industries will benefit the company by increasing profits and reducing risk in the Indian market. The merger will create a large entity and help Disney stay in the market at a significant level. The combined entity will have the largest OTT subscriber base.
